All Sales Are Final on Shipping Containers

Due to the nature and logistics of container delivery, all sales are final once your order is processed and dispatched. This policy helps us maintain pricing transparency and operational efficiency. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless the container arrives damaged or there is a confirmed shipping error on our part.


Damaged or Incorrect Containers

In the rare case your container arrives damaged or not as described, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a resolution.

To File a Claim:

  1. Take clear photos showing the container’s condition and the specific issue

  2. Email the images and your order number to:

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days

If the claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or partially refund the affected unit at no additional cost.

⚠️ Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not qualify for any compensation or replacement.


Custom Container Orders

All customized containers (e.g., units with paint, windows, doors, insulation, electrical, etc.) are non-refundable once fabrication begins. We advise customers to carefully review and confirm all customization details before order approval.


Refunds for Cancelled Orders (Pre-Shipping Only)

If your order is cancelled before it ships, a partial refund may be available, subject to:

  • A 10% processing and restocking fee

  • Deduction of any non-refundable custom work deposits

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement.


No Chargebacks Policy

By completing a purchase through BestContainerSales.com, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues or disputes before initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider.

Any unauthorized chargebacks will be formally disputed with the payment processor.
